54th (East Anglian) Division. 1/8th Bn. The Hampshire Regt. WW1


The East Anglian Division was a Territorial Force Division already in existence at the outbreak of the war. The Division was first concentrated in Watford, in July it started for Gallipoli. The Division served in Gallipoli and Palestine, serving in Palestine until the Armistice (31 October 1918).
