Arthur Leonard Bennett Who died 11 December 2004 aged 87. Served in North Africa & Italy during the 2nd WW Adrian his son is looking for information on his fathers time in the Regiment. email

Alfred Smith Private 5494622 1st Bn. Who died 14 DECEMBER 1976 age 66 anyone who knew him please contact 31 DRYDEN ROAD.DOVER.KENT. CT16 2BX.
GR (Toys) Norton VC MM Lieutenant, 1/4th Battalion The Hampshire Regiment in 1944, died in Zimbabwe on 29th October 2004
Harold Indulph Rosher
1/9th (Cyclist) Batallion 21st February 1959 He was wounded in India, but survived.
Leslie Norman Barnes R.S.M died 1980 Aged 76 any help on the battalion as not known dawnwhite5@aol
William Moore Cooper Capt. He joined the 1st Volunteer Battalion Hampshire Regiment in 1900 which was absorbed in the 1st/4th Territorial Battalion , The Hampshire Regiment in 1908, and at the outbreak of war was called up, and proceeded to India in October 1914, as a Colour Sergeant. In 1917 he received his commission and served in France with distinction , for which he was awarded the Military Cross, and at the conclusion of the war retired with the rank of captain
